Society employs the Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) for digital archiving. Additionally, other libraries and repositories are involved to establish a distributed filing system among participating libraries, facilitating the permanent archiving and restoration of journal entries.

The development of the PKP Preservation Network plug-in for OJS 3 is underway. Once available, the Society will integrate the PKP Preservation Network with LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) for enhanced preservation capabilities.

Institutional Repository Preservation:

Authors are encouraged to preserve their publications in their respective institutional repositories as an additional step in ensuring the long-term availability and accessibility of their research contributions. This practice aligns with the principles of open access, intellectual property protection, and the promotion of research transparency and reproducibility.
